Welcome V-Fit P.R.O. Community, it's been a while since our last post. Life had taken over and things had to be put on hold. We would like to announce that Kyoshi Taddeo is back to teaching and kids karate classes will resume! Registration is now open. Free trials next week. Schedule for the fall session:

Fierce Bulls (ages 11+) 6h30pm-7h30pm

Saturdays:
L'il Tigers (ages 3-5) 9h30am-10:15
