I mean… how perfect is this dress?!

I won a raffle at the She Means Business event and one of the prizes was a $100 gift card to Lassos & Lace Boutique.

But honestly, getting to meet the owner, Harlee, was just as exciting. She’s built her business by learning on the fly, getting creative (including a travelling store in a trailer!), and focusing on quality. She even tests everything herself before bringing pieces into the shop.

No one asked me to post this. I just genuinely love seeing women build thoughtful businesses and wanted to share one that impressed me.

Excited to watch and boutique keep growing. 💛

Most of the companies I worked in grew faster than anyone expected.

Which sounds great… until the chaos shows up.

Teams start scrambling.
Processes break.
Customers need support.
Leaders want structure.

So the instinct is always the same:

“Let’s implement systems.”

New tools.
New workflows.
New dashboards.

But sitting in the middle of revenue, customers, and operations for over a decade taught me something important:

Systems don’t fix unclear businesses.
They just scale whatever strategy already exists.

That’s why the order matters:
Strategy → Systems → Ex*****on.

And if you know a woman building a business right now, send this to her.

Too many women are trying to figure this out alone.
Let’s support the ones building — and help them build strategically.

I stopped chasing and started building, here’s why.

Because chasing costs more than time.
It costs momentum.
Confidence.
Energy.

I see smart women stuck in constant motion.
Busy calendars.
Endless options.
Very little progress.

The issue isn’t ambition.
It’s lack of strategic focus.

I work at the decision level.
Where clarity creates growth.
Where better decisions change outcomes.

Once I stopped reacting and started building intentionally, everything shifted.
My work made sense.
My effort compounded.
My results followed.

This space is for women who are done circling.
Done guessing.
Done chasing every opportunity.

If you’re ready to build with strategy instead of stress, stay here. I got you. 💕

What’s one thing you need to stop chasing right now?

PS how cute is this Barbie pink dress?! See it on the runway on Feb 28th at ’s She Means Business!

In our first joint venture, 360 Communication Ltd (The Mall TV on YT) and I wanted to move beyond entry-level motivation and surface-level information, and focus on the strategic issues real founders and leaders are dealing with every day.

There’s an overrepresentation of support across the ecosystem in areas like motivation, mentorship, and funding-related resources. What’s missing is practical strategy support that helps businesses turn demand into stable revenue.

This series is about putting the right foundations in place so revenue becomes consistent and scaling becomes possible.

Check out the preview for Episode 001. The full episode drops January 28.

What’s the first thing you focused on in your business and how did it go?

In this preview of The Strategy Suite Episode 001, Christina break's down why messaging and positioning should be the first strategic priorities for business...

**DATE CHANGE** The workshop is moving to Jan 12, 2026 @ 7PM ET.

2026 predictions are basically confirming what a lot of us felt in 2025:

We’re moving into smaller spaces, more trust, and LESS PERFORMANCE.

Pretty Little Marketer shared about this yesterday, so you know it's real!

The “AI ick” is here to stay.
The funnel isn’t behaving like it used to.
And people are retreating from noisy feeds into group chats, private communities, and relationships that feel human.

Here’s the part that matters if you’re a high‑capacity professional:

If the old model was “work hard, be visible, show up to events,”
the new model is **be understood, be trusted, and be easy to refer**.

And that’s why so many talented people feel stuck right now.

Because it’s not that they’re not showing up.

They are:
- They attend the events (and half the time they leave with a handful of business cards but ZERO next steps)
- They volunteer support
- They send referrals
- They stay late and overdeliver
- They keep showing up on LinkedIn, too

All this and they still wonder why nothing is coming back to them.

Networking isn’t broken.
It’s just been overhyped, unstructured and it hasn't been TAUGHT.

What we need is:
🙅🏾‍♀️ Not more contacts.
🙅🏾‍♀️ Not more visibility.
😍 More clarity (who you’re for, who you actually need in your corner next , what someone should do after they meet you , and how you follow up without it feeling forced)

I have a question, what are you most tired of right now?

1) Loud rooms / no follow‑through
2) Being “known” but not understood
3) Doing the most and still feeling invisible
4) Not knowing what to say after a great convo

👉🏾 Drop the number (or add your own). I couldn't get away from these conversations in 2025 so for 2026, I'm running into them head first.

And yes — this is exactly what I’m building a solution for right now with Network to Revenue. We're running the first workshop on Monday at 7PM ET to get your mind right for the new year. 90 mins of your time to save you a priceless amount in burnout in 2026.

Something happened at Meant for More. ✨
Dozens of women showed up, some knowing no one, others taking a chance on something completely new.

And almost everyone said the same thing afterward:
👉 “We need more of this.”
👉 “We want more time to connect.”
👉 “We’d love a space to keep the conversations going.”

So… we’re building it. 👀

A new kind of community, designed WITH you, not for you.

Where strategy meets sisterhood.
Where women who already know they’re meant for more don’t just talk about vision, they build it, together.

If you missed the event, this is your chance to get in early and help shape what comes next.

Drop “MEANT FOR MORE” below to be first to know when doors open soon. 💫

These women did something brave.
They took a chance on something new.
An event that wasn’t hosted by the “usual” names.
Something different. Real. Strategic.

And honestly… it was a big step for me too.
Because I’m usually the one behind the scenes, building the strategy, not standing in front of it.

But when women who know they’re meant for more show up like this? You realize it’s bigger than you.

✨ We’re just getting started.
If you’d want to be part of something like this, real conversations, real strategy, real women building what’s next,
drop a 💫 or “I’m in” below so I know you want the invite to the next one.
