Muscle improves metabolic health, increases daily calorie burn, supports bone density, and helps protect your independence as you age.

If you’re choosing between getting smaller or getting stronger…

Choose stronger.

I’ve been down that rabbit hole of trying to get smaller — chasing “lean,” shrinking down, thinking Pilates alone would get me there. All it did was keep me stuck in a cycle and left me with a pretty frustrated relationship with my metabolism.

What actually changes your body long-term is building muscle and fueling properly.

And here’s the truth: if you choose to get stronger, your body will naturally reduce body fat over time when you’re fuelling with good nutrients — so you can get fit in a way that’s actually sustainable for life.

Not quick fixes. Not restriction. Not burnout.

Strength = the long game.
For life. 💪

Remember when everyone was terrified of fat?

Now everyone is obsessed with protein.

The trend changes. The problem stays the same.

People are so focused on hitting protein goals that they're completely ignoring the quality of their food.

Protein popcorn.
Protein cereal.
Protein cookies.
Protein everything.

Meanwhile, nobody is talking about where their food is actually coming from.

I'd rather focus on quality meat, quality dairy, and real ingredients than stress over squeezing in another 20 grams of protein.

Do I use protein powder sometimes? Sure.

But feeling your best doesn't come from eating processed foods with protein added to them. It comes from building your diet around real food most of the time.

One thing I learned from years as an athlete?
The better your body MOVES, the better it LOOKS.

Athletes don’t just build glutes by doing random kickbacks all day. They train their glutes to fire properly, stabilize, explode, and move with power. That’s why functional, athletic-style training creates such insane results.

If your glutes aren’t activating properly, you’re leaving gains on the table 👀

This superset combines:
✔️ Pistol squat variations
✔️ Explosive/tempo step-ups
✔️ Single-leg stability
✔️ Fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment
✔️ Athletic power + control

BIG mistake people make here ⬇️
This is a SUPERSET. You stay on the SAME leg before switching sides.

Start with your weaker/non-dominant leg:
1️⃣ Pistol squat variation with that leg grounded
2️⃣ Explosive or tempo step-ups with the SAME leg on the box
THEN switch sides.

The tempo changes and explosive movement force your glutes to recruit harder, stabilize better, and work the way they were designed to.
