Mark your calendars! The very popular Beach Clinic is happening on August 8th! This year, Shihan Ray has added a kids' session from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by the regular beach clinic starting at 11:10 a.m. Get ready for some fun in the sun, water, and sand at Les Dunes de Bouctouche. Osu!

This is it, folks, the last class in the dojo until September! We want to thank everyone for a fantastic 2025–2026 session. We all learned so much and made some incredible memories together. Our karate family is growing and getting stronger every single day! Don't forget that we have the kids' awards tonight. Also, right after the adult class at 8:30 p.m., there is a mandatory meeting for everyone travelling to Japan, as well as all green, brown, and black belts. See you there, Osu!

Osu everyone! Senpai Casey again!

The results are in, and we’ll be moving summer classes at Centennial Park to Tuesday evernings!

The time for these is 6:30-8 pm, and we meet at the back of the main parking lot prior to starting.

I generally give a few weeks off before starting, so the first day for summer classes will be Tuesday, July 7!

All are welcome, please make sure to bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Also, if you are interested in attending, please reply here so I can add you to the Facebook chat group where we post cancelation notices, etc.

Important Dojo Update!

We are officially down to our last two classes before the summer break, and it’s going to be a huge week! Tonight, both classes will be focusing heavily on kata. Then, join us this Thursday for our final night: it’s Award Night for the kids' class, followed by a mandatory meeting from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moncton dojo for all Green, Brown, and Black Belts from both dojos. We are embarking on an exciting new journey, and Shihan Ray has tons of major updates to share regarding the Black Belt Grading, our 2027 Japan Trip, and some big George St-Pierre news! Let’s finish the season strong, Osu!

Osu Everyone! Senpai Casey again! With Sensei Jacques taking well deserved time off to recover for the summer, I am revisiting the days for the centennial park classes. We had originally said Mondays because of the conflict, but Tuesdays and Thursday’s are now an option as well. Please let me know which day you prefer ASAP.

Can you believe it? We are already down to our last two classes before summer break!

Here is what’s happening this week:
Tomorrow (Tuesday): Business as usual! We’ll be in the dojo to sharpen our skills and work on our katas.

Thursday: Our big wrap-up night!

🏆 Kids: We have a special award ceremony planned to celebrate all your hard work, followed by some fun games!

Adults: Get ready for our final workout and sparring session of the season. Let's finish strong!
