These 9-week programs focus on strength, coordination, technique, and most importantly — fun. Students will learn aerial hoop, aerial hammock, and pole in a safe and supportive environment.

A crystal sound bath is a form of sound healing. It is basically a therapeutic and meditative experience whereby you “bathe” in the sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Through these frequencies and vibrations, your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state. Here are a few benefits:

We’re thrilled to welcome Jessica Gasser back to Moncton for two incredible aerial hoop workshops on Sunday, August 2nd! 🎪

Jessica is a 5th-generation circus artist, graduate of the National Circus School of Montreal, and brings over 15 years of teaching experience, international performance credits, artistic direction experience, and 5+ world championship medals. Her classes combine high-level technical coaching with a supportive, encouraging environment that helps every student grow.

🗓 Workshop Schedule

1:00–2:30 PM 🎭 Research & Movement (Level 1) Perfect for Level 1 hoop students looking to move beyond tricks and begin exploring creativity, transitions, and artistic expression. Build confidence, expand your movement vocabulary, and discover new ways to connect your skills.

3:00–4:30 PM ✨ Floor Flow & Technique (All Levels) Learn how to seamlessly blend hoop technique with floor movement. This workshop focuses on refining mechanics, improving fluidity, and creating beautiful transitions on and off the apparatus—accessible for all levels.

We’re bringing back professional studio photoshoots with Nigel Fearon Photography on Sept 19th 📸

This is your chance to get beautiful, professionally shot images on your apparatus with hands-on posing support throughout your session.

💫 Options:
• 30 min → 5 edited photos ($125 + tax)
• 1 hour → 10 edited photos ($225 + tax)

What a weekend ❤️

A huge congratulations to all of our performers who took the stage at Saturday’s Student Showcase. Our Oops, Wrong Party! theme brought tea parties, funerals, bachelorettes, pity parties, and everything in between, and every single performer absolutely nailed it. We are so proud of the creativity, courage, hard work, and talent that filled the room.

Thank you to everyone who performed, volunteered, supported, cheered, and helped make the day so special. Watching our students challenge themselves and shine on stage is one of the greatest privileges of what we do.

And today makes it even more special - The Studio turns 9 years old! 🎉

Nine years of classes, friendships, achievements, first climbs, first inversions, unforgettable performances, and an incredible community that continues to grow year after year.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’ve been with us for nine years or nine days, you’ve helped make The Studio what it is today.

Out with the old, in with the new. ✨

Starting Monday, June 15 at 6:30 PM, we’re excited to introduce BYOT Hoop (Bring Your Own Trick) to the schedule!

Think of it as a guided hoop jam: a chance to work on whatever you want to train, with an instructor there to help every step of the way.

🎪 Perfect your favourite tricks
🎪 Revisit skills that need a little more practice
🎪 Tackle that one move that’s been giving you trouble
🎪 Get ideas, progressions, and feedback tailored to your level
We’ll kick things off with a 15-minute warm-up, then the rest of class is yours to explore, practice, and play. Whether you’re a newer student looking for direction or an experienced aerialist wanting extra training time, BYOT is a supportive space to learn, share, and grow.
