Fitness Mechanix Moncton Fitness classes at 666 St. George Blvd., 6 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9:20 a.m. Saturday. Enter through the side door adjacent to Jones Lake.

4) CLASS VERSATILITY: we're known for our boot camps, but we offer other forms of training, from TRX and Cardo Kick Fitness, to cater to your unique tastes; use the same punch pass for all classes.

5) LOCATION: Fitness Mechanix is at 666 St. George Blvd., in the lower level of the Cafe Codiac complex across from the Irving gas station. It's literally minutes from Evergreen Park, Riverview and about eight minutes from Dieppe.
