Our very first workshop at Reforme.

On the reformer, we train our bodies to find balance, strength, and alignment. On Sunday, September 20th, we’re moving off the carriage to work on a different kind of strength.

Join us for an intimate, practical workshop led by relationship and life transition expert Julija Sokolova, bringing women together to explore the parts of life that don’t come with a manual.

REFORME TEAM on a kayak trip!

Almost one year in, and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible instructors and the clients who have shown up for us and been such a big part of Reforme’s first year.

A Sunday on the river was the perfect chance to step outside the studio, slow down, catch up and spend time together beyond the Reformer.

And yes, we’re doing this again. If you missed this trip, you’re coming next time! 🩷

What a morning. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Pilates by the Lake.

Seeing so many familiar faces, welcoming new ones, moving together by the water, and staying afterwards for coffee and conversation made the morning incredibly special.

A big thank you to our friends at Tribeca Coffee - Port Credit for the coffee and Gold Cherry Bakery for the delicious pastries. ☕🥐

To everyone who came—thank you for making this morning what it was. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend a Saturday. 🤍

A continuing education workshop with Judi Savage.

We’re excited to welcome Judi Savage to Reforme this June for an intensive 3-hour workshop designed for Pilates instructors looking to deepen their programming and expand their teaching toolkit.

With over 40 years of experience in movement education, Judi will explore how to build strength-focused Reformer classes that challenge clients while maintaining the precision, control, and alignment Pilates is known for.

You’ll learn how to:
→ Build progressive strength-focused class plans
→ Use the spring system to increase load and intensity
→ Apply tactile and verbal cueing with greater clarity
→ Create dynamic, high-engagement classes without sacrificing form
