The #1 thing quietly holding so many people back from their fitness goals isn’t laziness…
It’s the fear of actually becoming a fit person.
Because once you do, your relationships might change. Your friends might tease you, call you obsessed, or make you feel “different.”
So we self sabotage. Stay comfortable. Stay the same.

Start acting like the person you want to become. What would the fittest version of you do? What time would they wake up? How many days per week would they work out? Start to create an image of that person and the the habits that go along with your best version of you.

Don’t sabotage yourself by creating aggressive short term goals. Short term goals are fine but make them realistic. Ultimately having conviction in your long term goal is what carries you through the struggles. So, make your vision of who you’ll be a year from now so powerful that nothing will stop you.

If you transfer the same obsession you have with your weight scale to your performance in the gym, amazing things can happen.

A. “Classes change every few months so it’s a good balance between routine and newness, and it’s a a great environment, really positive and supportive.”

Q. What piece of advice would you give new members?
A. “Work to make it a routine! It’s hard but the benefits are worth it.”

A. “I moved to Canada when I was 8 speaking very little English.”
