Building something meaningful starts with the small details ⚽️

Gerard speaks about his role at CSP FC academy and the responsibility that it comes with - bringing new ideas and experiences from abroad while understanding that every football environment has its own mentality and culture.

During his time with us, he met with our coaches, worked directly with our players, and helped lead our camp to being setting a new standard across the academy.

What makes a good player? ⚽️

For Gerard, it’s about much more than what a player can do with a ball. Decision-making, movement, body language, attacking space and how a player responds to different situations all matter.

But most importantly, young players are constantly developing. A lot can change in just a few months, which is why identifying potential takes time, patience, and repeated observation.
