Sora Sprints S2E2 – back to school, back to giving 🎒

Season 2 continues September 27, and this time we’re running in the spirit of back-to-school — this episode’s cause is Food4kids, helping fill backpacks and happy tummies for kids in our community. Registration is $5, with proceeds going directly toward healthy weekend food packages for local students.💗

The lineup: a 3km community run through Streetsville Memorial Park, followed by a restorative yoga-lates session led by Aishah . Stick around after for surprises from Poulet Rouge Canada , Saje Natural Wellness , REVIBE | Social Wellness House , and DOSE Juice

Sora Sprints S2E1 – we’re back! 🏃

Season 2 kicks off August 16, and this time we’re moving with purpose — we’re teaming up with CIBC Run For The Cure to move for a cause worth showing up for. Your donation is your ticket in, and all proceeds go directly toward breast cancer awareness initiatives. 💗

The lineup: a 3km run through Streetsville Memorial Park led by WFS, followed by a 50-min outdoor yoga-lates session with Aishah . Stick around after to refuel with nourishing bowls from Poulet Rouge Canada and a refreshing sample from WakeWater 💧
