After School Program Available Mr. Buen, head instructor, established Limitless Martial Arts in 2011.

Unique in their approach towards both philanthropy and traditional martial arts, Limitless Martial Arts is a school like no other. Having difficulties in his social life growing up, he got involved in all kinds of challenging influences that ultimately lead him into trouble both personally and with his family and close friends. As a result of these experiences, Mr. Buen has devoted himself to use

the Korean art of self defence (taekwon-do) as a platform to reach out to youths (not limited to) in his community so that he, along with his highly trained assistant instructors, would make a powerful impact on the people in his local community. Limitless Martial Arts has a mission to "cultivate leaders". Leadership is a huge agenda in our school. We use leadership principles, which we've gathered through seminars, mentorship from elders and personal development materials to guide us in developing the members of our school. Character development & personal growth is high up in our priorities list next to solid, high quality martial arts training. Although very important, training members intrinsically is not the "be-all-end-all" of our service. We strive and ambition to train world class athletes. We are passionate about our technique and are loyal in bringing reverence to our general and founder of taekwon-do General Choi. Physical and technical training is just as important as character development in our school. We compete in all local, national and international tournaments. We attend International Instructors Course seminars & national advance black belt trainings so that we aren't limited in our exposure to a global martial art. Our goal in every class is that you leave, either inspired to change the world or incredibly sweaty!

Limitless Martial Arts and Cunningham Taekwon-Do are proud to invite members of the Ontario Taekwon-Do community to an exclusive sparring seminar featuring two of Ontario's most accomplished international competitors:

This seminar is designed to bring together practitioners from all schools and affiliations to learn from two exceptional martial artists who have dedicated their lives to the craft. Beyond techniques and tactics, this event represents a vision of collaboration, growth, and raising the standard of ITF sparring across Ontario.

Yesterday’s Elevation Training session was all about pushing limits and building strength both physically and mentally. 💪🔥

For a full hour, these incredible young athletes challenged themselves, pushed through the tough moments, and refused to give up. Every sprint, every drill, and every drop of effort was another step toward becoming stronger, fitter, and more resilient.

Progress doesn’t come from staying comfortable it comes from showing up, working hard, and continuing when things get difficult. We couldn’t be prouder of the determination, grit, and positive attitudes shown by every child in training yesterday.

Keep climbing, keep growing, and never stop believing in what you can achieve. The hard work is paying off! 👊🏆

Last night’s kickboxing class brought the energy, the effort, and plenty of powerful kicks! 👊🥊🔥

From the warm-up to the final round, everyone showed determination, pushed their limits, and gave it their all. It’s amazing to see the progress, confidence, and teamwork growing with every class.

Keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep chasing your goals. We are proud of every single one of you! 💪

A great turnout at our Kickboxing grading yesterday. Our involvement with the various events hosted by has helped us develop standardization. Recognizing the various levels athletes will have as new members join while old members gain experience in local Shows or the prestigious WAKO Provincial and National Tournaments. The need to create rank distinctions was inevitable and necessary for training the athletes where they’re at.

Encouraged to see how much our athletes have levelled up just as last year! Well, done to all!
