We were so happy to have the Melanson family join us at our Awards Banquet all the way from Windsor. A special thank you to Erin Henry for the hotel room stay, Louise Patricio for tickets to Ripley's Aquarium and Coach Isaiah Wiltshire for organizing the trip.

That's a wrap! Lorne Park Football celebrated another great season at last week's Annual Awards Banquet. Thanks to Kyle Ardill for being our keynote speaker, to the Melanson family for joining us from Windsor, to our coaches and school principal, Mr. Caslick. A huge thank you also to our 2019 Sponsors: The Regan Team, Battaglia's Marketplace, Sam McDadi, Turner & Porter, Clarkson Pump & Patio, Classic Awards, Gesualdi & Associates Wealth Management, and Lily's Pizza Pasta Bar. We are incredibly devastated to learn today that Stephanie Melanson, a friend of Lorne Park Football, passed away suddenly last week. Players and family members from our 2017 SR team will remember Noah and Brady and their parents, Steph and Lawrence Melanson. Through a chance encounter at the beginning of the season, the Melanson family became a special part of that team and our hearts and prayers go out to them after learning of this tragic loss. https://windsorstar.remembering.ca/obituary/stephanie-melanson-1077610458
