Traded our energy packets for grapes and our mile splits for lawn chair naps this weekend. Turns out the best recovery run is the one that ends with a good meal and your favorite running crew.

Get ready for a fun morning of running, fresh air, and good company!

We’ll be doing a 5K to 10K group run on the beautiful Hungry Hollow Trail in Georgetown. After the run, we’ll enjoy a picnic together — because what’s a Sauga Squad event without some good food? 😄
