We’re so excited to announce the return of Stroller Fit & Stroller Bootcamp classes
— and we’re kicking things off with pop-up classes before our full session begins!

April 20 & 27 @ 11 am (Bootcamp)
April 22 & 29 @ 10:30 am (Fit)

A low-impact, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. Focus on rebuilding strength, improving endurance, and connecting with your body post-baby — all while your little one rides along. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and functional movement in a supportive, community-focused environment.
🔥 **Stroller Bootcamp**
Rhododendron Gardens
Ready to level things up? This higher-intensity class blends strength training, intervals, and cardio challenges to help you build serious strength and stamina. Modifications are always offered, so you can push at your own pace while still getting an effective, energizing workout.
