At Royal Windsor Fitness Club, our mission is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in an environment that is close knit, fun and family oriented. Founded in 2014, Royal Windsor Fitness Club specializes in offering group fitness
classes and functional training with our unique Metabolic Training rooms. Our in house Athletic Therapist and Chiropractor can assist you with any mobility dis

function, pain or rehabilitation. Our companies unique Wellness Program combines Chiropractic care with an Active Care Specialist to make sure your rehabilitation is monitored and accelerated. Our temperature controlled yoga studio is a space where you are able to stretch and calm your mind. The bamboo flooring throughout prevents the creation and buildup of bacteria and sweat to greatly reduce the risk of bacterial content. Fruits have vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber BUT they also contain SUGAR. Now, the fruit in sugar is not the same as the sugar that is in processed foods such as boxed cereal. Fruit has fiber which slows down the release of insulin. The fiber in fruits are what keeps us feeling full versus the highly processed sugary foods that don't. β €β €
Although the sugar in fruit is still sugar, it's important just like any other food item, to eat in moderation! What are your favourite fruits?

Being a size smaller, having abs, having defined shoulder muscles does not necessarily mean HEALTHY. Eating well, being HAPPY and making memories with people you love is healthy.

There is so much more to being healthy than looking a certain way. Just because someone is shredded, doesn't mean they are heathy. I think a large part of being healthy has a lot to do with your mental state. Doing things that makes you happy and being surrounded by people you enjoy should always come first.
