A.Y. Martial Arts Aman Yousufy Sensei started training in Kung-Fu at the age of 17. When he first came to Canada he trained in Tae-Kwon-Do for one year.

In 1991, Sensei Yousfuy decided to study traditional Goju-Ryu Karate, which continues today, under Sensei Wayne Aresenault. He currently trained with Sensei Monty Guest in Kai Shin Karate. Sensei Aman Yousufy is a 7th Dan Black Belt in Karate, and a Yan Dan in Kubudo. Sensei Aman Yousufy has been teaching karate for 23 years. He also teaches self defense at the Law Enforcement College. He is also

involved at community centres and schools to teach children. Throughout all his teaching his main focus is to teach adults and kids self defense, self control and self confidence.
