Canada's Rossi Milev and Clear Air wins the Championship! Day 5 Report: Argentina's Nicolas Cubria on ARG5499 Elvis won Race 8 handily in the championship's generally unusual and annoying 5-7 knot winds, while Canada's Rossi Milev on Clear Air took second and the overall lead on Bangor Packet's Tony Parker. Wind picked up to 8 knots allowing a Race 9 - and 3 meaningful legs until the wind completely died at the bottom of the fourth leg, forcing abandonment. PCYC member Rossi Milev's World Championship win is the pinnacle of a long and successful J/24 career for Rossi and his crew on J/24 Clear Air. Final results below (post revised Sep.23/17 9:30 pm):
