Since 1996, Ultimate Karate and Fitness Kickboxing has been providing instruction in Karate, Kickboxing and the Martial Arts in the Mississauga and Oakville area. The demand and respect for our style of training has grown, and Ultimate Karate and Fitness Kickboxing is quickly becoming the top rated Martial Arts center in Mississauga. The main focus of our karate program is to provide our students,

whether adults or children, with a well-rounded knowledge of the martial arts in a positive environment, the emphasis being on self-defence, safety and enjoyment. The centre is the result of Sensei Akira Onoda’s investment of more than 20 years of training.
