Remember a few years back, how popular the "dad bod" was?
In fact, I think I even saw a study that 66 percent of women preferred a dad bod on a guy. (It was a flawed study but I digress)
Somewhere along this phase, men started believing that:
Low energy
Having belly fat
Low T levels
Low muscle mass
Poor sleep
Joint pain.
Was just a part of "getting older".
For me?
Couldn't disagree more with that.
If that's the life you want to choose, then I respect that as I don't judge anyone, just like I hope you don't judge me.
But it's not what I believe in..
Getting older in my mind should be about:
Getting in the best shape of your life✅
Having muscle mass so you can skyrocket your confidence and better yourself ✅
Dropping belly fat so you have higher T levels for your age✅
Not waking up every day groaning in joint pain✅
Waking up feeling good, and not dragging through the day with low energy✅
Here's a stat for you...
1 in 25,000 men have visible 4-6 abs shown, which is 0.004 percent
And 0.7 to 1 percent of men in Canada/US, make a million dollars a year.
So it's EASIER to become a millionaire, than it is to have ripped abs..
Think about that...
If you want to be the 1 in 25,000 guy...
And stop settling for low energy, belly fat, low t levels, low muscle mass, joint pain, and always feeling tired?
DM me "brotherhood" as we are opening up 3 spots in June.
(This is for guys who want to make the shift from average, to an outlier💪)
