What started as a conversation between four baseball parents in 2019 became something much bigger than we ever imagined.
Nenad and Candace Tomic, and Rob and Monica Jardine were brought together through our boys, who shared the same love of baseball.
Somewhere between tournaments, practices, long weekends, and endless conversations at the diamond, the idea for 643 Baseball was born.
In October 2021, we opened our doors with one goal — to build a space where athletes could train, teams could grow, and the baseball community could feel at home.
Like most entrepreneurial journeys, the first years were filled with sacrifice, uncertainty, investment, and hope. We poured ourselves into building 643 Baseball from the ground up, always believing we were creating something meaningful for young athletes and their families.
Sadly, circumstances beyond our control have brought this chapter to an end. Our units were purchased, and we were forced to vacate the space we worked so hard to build.
As we approached that important milestone where things were finally beginning to feel stable, the reality of starting over again — emotionally, physically, and financially — was a difficult one to accept.
While this isn’t the ending we envisioned, we leave incredibly proud of what 643 Baseball became.
To every team, player, coach, parent, and renter who walked through our doors — thank you. Thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and appreciating what we tried to create. The memories made inside those walls will stay with us forever.
643 Baseball may be closing its doors, but the friendships, lessons, laughter, and community built there will always remain.
