Are you feeling sore and too busy to go for a message ? Join me this Sunday at noon for a 20 minute full body stretching session.

I will be taking requests if there’s a specific area you want to stretch just comment on this post or message me privately!

This stretching session will be hosted on Instagram live. It will include stretches from yoga instructors as well as rehabilitation stretches from physiotherapists!

What better way to start the new year than with a fitness challenge every week this month we will have a new fitness challenge before the new year. This week’s challenges 60 Butt-kicks (30 per leg) every day for seven days. If this is too easy or difficult message me and I’ll send you a video of the same excercise in a different variation.
