This week's workshop focuses on unlocking tight hips, improving spinal mobility, and building strength through your core ranges, so you can move with more ease and less compensation.
You’ll learn how to:
• improve hip mobility and control in all directions
• move your spine with greater awareness (flexion, extension, rotation)
• build strength and control in deeper ranges of motion
