HELLLOOOO FIT FAM
I'm sure everyone or most of you have made your 2021 resolution to start a healthy life style with regular exercise and eating healthy.
For some of us not having access to a gym sucks but we cannot use this as an excuse to let ourselves go. There are many things we can do at home if you are really serious about leading a healthy and fit lifestyle.
If you are unsure of how to start or what to do, here's a check list to help you get started, guide you and stay on track no matter what your goals are.
1. Decide on your goal. Make sure you have a goal in mind. For example: To gain weight, Tone, Lose weight, Increase energy etc.
2. Why is this your goal For example: I want to have energy to do 30mins of cardio without huffing and puffing, or to be able to do 20 jumping jacks without having knee pains.
3. Commitment. Commit to days and times to work out and make this a PRIORITY.
4. Plan your week. Decide on the beginning of the week which days you will be exercising and what your meals are going to be for the week.
5. Be consistent. Make sure you stick to your plans and your goals you made. Without consistency it is impossible to reach your goals.
6. Support System. Having support from your friends and family is huge for you to reach your goals. Having a cheering squad in your corner will help you stay motivated and making it much easier to reach your goals.
7. Accountability. Make yourself accountable to reach your goals that you set. Rememberโฆ. You are doing this FOR YOURSELF.
8. Deadline. Make sure you have set a start and end date to reach your goal. Deadlines are important to help you stay on track in order to achieve your set goals.
9. Reward. When you have reached a milestone don't forget to reward yourself, because you deserve it for all the hard work and effort you have put in.
10. Patience. This is huge. A lot of people expect quick and fast results in a short duration. It's always better to have slow and steady results. So have patience.

YOU'VE GOT TO GET UP EVERY MORNING WITH DETERMINATION, CONFIDENCE AND MOTIVATION. KNOW THAT THERE'S NO PERFECT DAY OR TIME TO START A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. EVERYDAY IS A GREAT DAY TO START.
