Miramichi, this one's special!

We’re bringing a Power Skating Clinic led by Dax MacLean and Charlie Morrison to town, and it comes with a full circle story.

Dax has been coaching Charlie since he was in elementary school. Now, after Charlie’s path has taken him through two seasons with the Quebec Remparts, Team Canada, a commitment to the University of Connecticut and with his NHL draft just around the corner, the two are back on the ice together coaching the next group.

Power Skating Clinic Details:

We’re excited to get started with our Miramichi Future Champions program on April 20!

The full schedule is below, and we ask that you arrive a little earlier than normal for the first session so we can get everyone signed in and pass out the jerseys. All sessions will take place at the LBA.

AAA and AA spring training is coming to Miramichi! Thanks to Champions Hockey Academy!

This spring, Champions Hockey is offering the U13/U15 Performance Series in Miramichi, a high-tempo training environment for AAA and AA athletes looking to continue building their game in a competitive setting.

These sessions will focus on individual skill development, passing and flow drills, compete drills, positional work with forward/defence splits, and small area games that translate directly into game situations.

📅 Mondays, April 20 – May 11
⏰ 6:40–8:10 PM
🏒 4 sessions (6 hours of ice)
📍 LBA, Miramichi
✅ Eligibility: 2014-2011 born. Must have played U13 AAA, U14 AAA, U15 AAA, U15 AA in 2025-26 season. **You must meet these requirements to register.**

3x3 in the Chi is back!

We’re bringing it back for two days of fast-paced, high-touch hockey for 2015–2019 birth years. You can sign up for one day or both, whatever works best for your family.

✅ Dates: Saturday, April 18 & Saturday, May 9
✅ Ice Times: 10:00–11:00 AM & 12:30–1:30 PM
✅ $49 + HST per day
✅ 36 player spots per date

Each day includes:
• 2 hours of ice
• 4 teams
• Round robin + semi-finals + finals
• Tons of puck touches and compete
