‼U11A Tryouts‼

The start of U11A tryouts is just over a week away.
$60 tryout fee to be paid to [email protected] prior to the tryouts.

Saturday, Sept. 19 - 5:30 pm @ LBR
Saturday, Sept. 26 - 8:15 am @ Willie O'Ree 1
Sunday, Sept. 27 - 9:30 am @ Willie O'Ree 1
Sunday, Sept. 27 - 12:00pm @ Willie O'Ree 1

These first 4 icetimes are non-evaluated ice times but are mandatory as part of the tryout process.

Further tryout dates will come in the near future but are expected to be the weekend of Oct 3rd and 4th.

✨ Bowling Fundraiser ✨

GLMHA is having a bowling tournament Oct 4th at the Chipman Bowling Alley!

We are currently looking for donations for our silent auction as well for the days activities! Please contact Josh Weaver or Sheila Viel if you have items you're able to donate!

‼️ Registration Update ‼️

With registration closing earlier this week, we wanted to give an update on how the numbers look at all levels.

U7 - potentially 3 teams
U9 - 2 teams
U11 - 2 teams (A and C)
U13 - 1 Team (C)

U15 and U18 are both currently looking like there will only be one team, likely at the C level. While we are working to try to fix this, it currently is not looking promising to offer competitive at these levels. With other associations starting competitive tryouts soon, we thought it was important to be transparent and share this with you all.

Also, U15 is still looking for a coach. Anyone interested, please reach out.

There are multiple avenues available for financial assistance.

1️⃣Jumpstart - Grants cover eligible registration and equipment costs of up to $300 per year, per child.

11:59 pm, August 31st is a few deadlines for our association.

1️⃣Player registrations after this time are subject to a $50 late registration fee. As we need to figure out our number of teams and place coaches and managers, please help us by registering prior to this date. If you need any assistance please reach out.

2️⃣ Interested coaches should have their applications in by this time. As soon as registration closes, we want to be able to select coaches and get the season rolling. Even if you're interested in being an assistant coach, or a head coach applicant has already listed you on their form, you should fill this out.
