Looking for a fun way to stay active, try something new, or get back into a routine this fall? We’ve got you covered with Yoga, Bootcamp or our NEW Classes - Pilates and Fun Functional Fitness with Helen!

Join us for a variety of adult recreation classes happening in:
📍 Milverton
📍 Sebringville
📍 Shakespeare

Whether you’re looking to get moving, build strength, improve your fitness, or simply enjoy some time for yourself, there’s something for you! 💪✨

⚠️ Each class requires a minimum number of registered participants for the session to run. Once the session is confirmed and running, drop-in options will be available at $15/cash per class!
