Academy of Martial Arts Milton The Milton Academy of Martial Arts is dedicated to the propagation of traditional martial arts training. Focusing on self defense and a family environment.

We offer age specific programs for Adults, Youth, and Children, ranging from Self Defence courses to Weapons training (Kobudo). All our programs are based on the underlying principle that every one should be able to protect themselves, and all our teaching is done in a safe and practical manor.

Are you doing these 6 things to help you have a better body & mind?

🥗 Eat Well: Include 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies, and 0.8g-1g of protein per pound of body weight daily.

💧 Hydrate: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily.

💪🏻 Exercise: Strength train 3-4 days a week for improved body composition and mood.

Sunlight: Get 20 mins of direct sunlight daily for vitamin D.

Rest: Ensure 7-9 hours of sleep nightly for physical and mental health.
