The inspiring Olivia de Havilland!! She turned 104 years old on July 1, 2020 and was still riding her bike to the store every day.
She Passed away on July 25,2020.
May she RIP at 104 years old.
God bless her!
Keep moving. Be like Olivia!!

When in doubt don't skip your at-home workout!
Physical exercise can boost your mood and energy, and has even been shown to help treat clinical depression. While most of the research on mood and movement has focused on sweaty, heart-pounding activity, new research suggests that resistance exercise will also work some mood magic. In an analysis of 33 clinical studies on more than 1,800 adults, researchers found that strength training improved symptoms of depression. Any amount of resistance exercise seemed to help; how much participants exercised, and whether or not they improved their strength significantly, didn’t seem to matter. SO... Let's do it 💪
