🎾 Kids Tennis Lessons at Nassagaweya Tennis Club 🎾

Looking for a fun, active, and confidence-building activity for your kids this season?

Our junior tennis lessons are designed as a progressive development pathway, helping kids build skills step-by-step—whether they’re just starting or improving their game.

📅 Lesson Days:
• Tuesdays (May 6 – June 10)
• Fridays (May 9 – June 13)
• PLUS free junior clinics on Sundays (May 4 – June 22)

🕒 Age Groups & Times:
• Ages 4–7: 4:00–4:45 pm
• Ages 8–12: 5:00–6:00 pm
• Ages 13–18: 6:00–7:00 pm

Led by our pro Paula, kids will:
✔️ Learn the fundamentals
✔️ Build confidence and coordination
✔️ Make friends and have fun on the court

A great day for tennis at the Hawaiian Open on Saturday. Thanks to Sherry Vanstone for running another great tournament!

Happy Canada Day! NTC hosted a fun tournament with games, prizes and a smash cage to test our serving power!

Fastest serve went to Kate MacKenzie (114km/h) and Ben Kaino (153km/h).

Special thanks to Coach Simon Burden from OTA for bringing the cage and his lessons with the kids.

Great job by Warren, Kathy V and Honor for a well run event, including lunch and decorations.

What a way to start the tennis season! Saturday's Spring Fling Fun Tournament at NTC was a huge success, with perfect weather and fantastic participation from our members. It was great to see so many smiling faces on the courts! A big shout-out to Mike Grimwood for organizing such a wonderful event.

Come and celebrate the start of the Nassagaweya Tennis Club’s 2025 social tennis with our Mix & Match Doubles!

Date: Saturday, May 10th
Time: 9:30 to noon
- Mixed doubles, 1⁄2 hour matches
- Randomly assigned pairs, standard scoring and single ad deuces.
- BBQ follows, hamburgers, hot dogs, beverages provided by NTC.
