☑️ Pictures.
☑️How your clothes feel.
☑️Making time for exercise.
☑️Intentionally moving 10,000 steps.
☑️Lifting weights, 3-5x a week.
☑️Going up in weights, sets & reps.
☑️Proper form & control when training.
☑️Prioritizing 7-9 hours of sleep.
☑️Spending less time scrolling.
☑️Having an evening winddown routine.
☑️You know what protein, carbs & fats are & how to use them to balance meals.
☑️Your bloodwork has improved.
☑️You build an eating routine.
☑️Your intune with your body’s hunger cues.
☑️Building meals with proper portions.
☑️Eating more whole foods.
☑️You know how to navigate when things get crazy.
☑️You keep your fridge stocked with fresh foods.
☑️You no longer skip meals.
☑️You ditch takeout & make your own meals.
☑️Drinking water without having to think about it.
☑️No longer cutting out food groups.
☑️You talk to yourself, kinder.
☑️You no longer make excuses.
☑️You stop starting over every Monday.

The workouts will feel hard.
Replacing habits that no longer serve you will feel hard.
Learning new skills will feel hard.
Setbacks ~ will feel hard.

Your body will adapt.
Your mindset will improve.
Your habits will become automatic.
Your lifestyle will change.

In order to level up …

you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

The version of you that succeeds ~ is the one that refuses to quit when things get hard.

Keep showing up.
Learn to enjoy the process.
Be patient.

You deserve to be proud of YOUrself🩷

So, I just say I’ve been busy🩷

I frigging love all forms of exercise.

But I also love becoming my best version.

Because no matter HOW much you change your body ~ if you don’t put the work into your mindset, nothing really changes.

When you lose the weight …
Get the to lowest number …
Fit into a smaller size of pants …

You still won’t be happy.

If you want true confidence, start strengthening your mindset.

Don’t just build a body you love; build a life you actually want to be present for.
