Milton Battle Arts Cobras is the newest team to join the newly founded CIHL that will be starting this 2014-15 season. President and owner of the Battle Arts Cobras will be WWE superstar Anthony Carelli who goes by the ring name of Santino Marella. Carelli has been a WWE superstar since 2008 and has won multiple WWE titles, including the intercontinental title on his debut which was in Milan, Ital
y back in 2008. Anthony is also part owner of Battle Arts Academy which is based out of Missisauga, Ontario. This will be the first time for the WWE Superstar owning a Junior Hockey Club. Before relocating to Mississauga Anthony was a resident of Milton where his daughter attended high school. Milton is the fastest growing cities in all of Canada. It is a prime location to serve the Greater Toronto Area. Battle Arts Cobras will be calling the John Tonelli Sports Centre their home for the 2014-15 season. Tonelli Sports Centre can hold a maximum of 800 spectators. Stepping into the GM role for the Battle Arts Cobras will be local man Steeve Boulangers. Steeve was an intern this past season for International Scouting Services which is one of the highest respected scouting agency`s in the world. Boulanger is also a Principle and will be a huge key to the teams education plan. Joining Steeve as an assistant GM will be local community favorite Jeff Caister. Jeff just finished playing professional hockey last season after enjoying 4 season in the pro rankings both in the East Coast Hockey League and over in Europe. Before playing pro Jeff spent 4 seasons playing NCAA Division 1 Hockey for Wayne State and St Lawrence. As far as Head Coach goes the Battle Arts Cobras are still taking resumes and interviewing possible candidates for the position. First prospects camp for the Battle Arts Cobras will be at the Milton Sports Centre from Tuesday July 8th to Thursday July 10th and the cost for the camp is only $95 will a 4 game guarantee and off ice training.
