BR Equestrian is happy to introduce a new member of our coaching team, Coach Ash! Some of you may have had the pleasure of being coached by Ash already, or seen her around the farm riding; welcome to the team Coach Ash!! 😃🎉🐴
“My name is Ashlyn, and I am an EC Registered Coach with over 10 years of riding experience. I have been riding at BR Equestrian for many years under the guidance of Suzanne, and the incredible horses and people at BR have played a huge role in shaping me into the rider and coach I am today.
Throughout my riding career, I have competed at local schooling shows and gained experience working with a variety of horses. One of my favourite parts of riding is working with green horses and helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and progress in their training.
The confidence, perseverance, and horsemanship I developed through riding at BR inspired me to begin coaching and share my passion for horses with others.
As a coach, my goal is to create a positive, supportive, and safe environment where riders can learn, grow, and have fun. I believe every rider learns differently, so I take the time to understand each student's goals and tailor exercises to help them succeed.
Whether a rider is stepping into the saddle for the first time or looking to further develop their skills, I strive to help them build confidence, strengthen their horsemanship, and achieve their goals while enjoying the journey along the way.”
