How do we get stronger?!
✔️consistency
✔️progressively overloading and challenging ourselves
✔️the brain and body love repetition- sticking to a program helps (have a plan!)
✔️adequate rest, recovery, and mobility
✔️eating!
We have entered a new 12 week block series, which is one of 4 blocks we cycle through each year. This allows our members to lock into the season, knowing there is programming that will support growth and opportunity to get stronger and to learn how to lift with more confidence as the weeks go by!
We also have workout trackers available at the studio that you can take. This is an optional way to track what you lift as we progress together and to add an extra sprinkle of accountability to your class. It’s a great reminder to all our members whether you are just starting out or have done a cycle with us before is that you start where YOU are. Watch as the weeks go those lifts will grow too!
