Today we recognize Red Dress Day — a powerful reminder of the thousands of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people.

Red dresses hanging in public spaces symbolize the lives lost, the voices silenced, and the ongoing call for justice and change. It’s a day to reflect, to learn, and to stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities.

🎉 Congratulations to the legendary Glenn Howard, who was inducted into the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame last night at their Gala! 🏆✨

Glenn Howard’s legacy in Canadian curling is nothing short of extraordinary. Hailing from Penetanguishene, ON., his accomplishments read like a curling highlight reel—18 provincial championships, 4 national titles, and 4 world championships.

From winning titles alongside his brother Russ to leading his own teams to victory and making a significant impact as a coach, Glenn’s passion, skill, and leadership have inspired generations.

Last night, the sport’s brightest celebrated a true legend — a legacy that will continue to inspire future champions for years to come.

Glenn, you’ve made your mark not just through your remarkable achievements, but through the heart and integrity you bring to every game. Here’s to a career that has truly reshaped Canadian curling. 🍁💙
