When starting something new the ONE thing that we need to make sure we have under control is our MINDS!!

If our heads aren't into it and we have all these doubts then we will never exceed! W! will never get anything we want because we tell our selves we can't....

STOP IT!!! STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!

From this moment one I WANT YOU to think about only the positive, only the things that make you happy, smile, something that gives you butterflies in your stomach when you think about it!

Start looking at the positive and what you can do and how to make it work before you even consider the negative!!

I can do this and this... BECAUSE YOU CAN!! If you give yourself all the reasons you can think of not to do it then you won't!!

STOP GETTING IN YOUR OWN HEAD!!!
