Comparison has no place in the studio. 🤍

A little reminder that every body is on its own journey.
If you notice someone taking a modification in class, it doesn’t mean they’re doing the exercise “wrong” or not keeping up. It simply means they’re choosing the variation that best supports their body today.

That modification might be because of pregnancy, a shoulder or hip injury, recovering from surgery, building strength, or simply listening to what their body needs.
At The Body Hub, we celebrate that.

Pilates isn’t about everyone moving the exact same way—it’s about moving in the way that’s right for your body. Some days that means progressing, some days that means modifying, and both are equally valuable.

The strongest thing you can do is listen to your body instead of comparing it to someone else’s. That’s where real progress happens 🥰

Take a few moments today to think about what you want the week ahead to look like.

✨ Move your body in a way that makes you feel good.
✨ Plan a few nourishing meals.
✨ Schedule time for yourself.
✨ Drink more water.
✨ Get outside.
✨ Prioritize rest.
✨ Celebrate the little wins.

Remember, you don’t have to be perfect on Monday to have a great week. Small, consistent choices add up.
