Hey ECW,

Massive weekend for the East Coast Wado family.
3 days and 5 sessions of great training with Canadian Chief Instructor Sensei Ken Corrigan 8th Dan WIKF.
Covering basics and combos as well as the Sanbon, Ohyo, Kihon, Tanto Dori across 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan grading material. As well as Kata Naihanchi, Seishan, Jitte and Niseishi.

This weekend we doubled our mats. This will be so helpful in our training. Sensei JF and Princess would like to thank the amazing Karate Dads Chris and Richard for helping. We would also like to thank for allowing us to use their van for the transport. You were a life saver.
