JDF Lacrosse is bringing you Summer Sixes — a free drop-in program running this summer! 🥍☀️

🗓 Dates: Thursdays — July 24 & 31, August 7 & 14
⏰ U7–U11: 6:30–7:30 PM & U13–U18: 7:30–8:30 PM

📍 Where: Westshore Velodrome
💸 Cost: FREE!

🔁 Come work on skills, drills, and play in fast-paced sixes scrimmages! Teams will be mixed each session to keep it fun, fair, and competitive.

🎉 Bonus: We’ve got a couple of special guests and surprises lined up—stay tuned 👀

🙌 Open to all associations (waiver required if not registered with JDF Field). Led by JDF coaches and supported by older players mentoring the next gen.

We’re excited to announce an incredible opportunity for goalie development—Aaron Bold’s KING Krosse Goalie Camp is coming to JDF! 🥍🔥

With 18 years of NLL experience, Aaron Bold brings pro-level expertise to help goalies build confidence, refine technique, and train like the best.

Camp Dates:
🥍 Friday, July 25 | 4–8 PM
🥍 Saturday, July 26 | 8 AM–12 PM
📍 Location: The Q Centre Arena

🗓️ Group Schedule:
Friday
• U11/U13: 4–6 PM
• U15/U17: 6–8 PM

Saturday
• U11/U13: 8–10 AM
• U15/U17: 10 AM–12 PM

💰 Cost:
$150 - Special discount for JDF goalies as the host association! $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot. Payment plans available (with approval).

🔥 What to expect:
Day 1: Technical training — build a strong foundation
Day 2: Camp-style drills + live shots to apply your skills
BONUS: Free 1-hour virtual coach session to help our coaching team better support goalies
