We clean our mats every day, but every once in a while, it’s worth going a step further.

We brought in Dojo Fresh for a full deep clean of the mats and training area, using professional equipment and a much more thorough process than a normal daily clean.

For us, cleanliness isn’t just maintenance. It’s part of the training environment, and part of the standard we want to set at The Den.

Big thanks to Dojo Fresh for coming in and putting the mats through a proper reset.

Un jeu simple peut quand même préserver les informations qui comptent.

Dans ce jeu de gestion de la distance, l’objectif est simple : toucher le sol, puis taper derrière le genou.

La tâche est simplifiée, mais les athlètes doivent quand même gérer la distance, le timing, le mouvement, les changements de niveau et les entrées face à un partenaire qui réagit réellement.

Simple ne veut pas dire artificiel.

La rentrée scolaire approche, et c’est souvent le moment où les familles cherchent une nouvelle activité pour les soirs de semaine ou la fin de semaine.

À La Tanière, notre programme de jiu-jitsu pour enfants est offert à l’année, et nous avons actuellement quelques places disponibles dans nos groupes.

Notre approche est simple: enseigner un jiu-jitsu réel et efficace dans un environnement sécuritaire, amusant et représentatif.

Les enfants apprennent en bougeant, en jouant, en résolvant des problèmes et en s’adaptant à des partenaires qui bougent et résistent réellement.

Pas besoin d’expérience préalable.

Jiu-jitsu sans kimono pour les 4 à 14 ans.
Places limitées selon les groupes.
