We clean our mats every day, but every once in a while, it’s worth going a step further.

We brought in Dojo Fresh for a full deep clean of the mats and training area, using professional equipment and a much more thorough process than a normal daily clean.

For us, cleanliness isn’t just maintenance. It’s part of the training environment, and part of the standard we want to set at The Den.

Big thanks to Dojo Fresh for coming in and putting the mats through a proper reset.

Un jeu simple peut quand même préserver les informations qui comptent.

Dans ce jeu de gestion de la distance, l’objectif est simple : toucher le sol, puis taper derrière le genou.

La tâche est simplifiée, mais les athlètes doivent quand même gérer la distance, le timing, le mouvement, les changements de niveau et les entrées face à un partenaire qui réagit réellement.

Simple ne veut pas dire artificiel.
