Great tournament this weekend at the 3rd North American Kyokushin Kenbukai championship. I want to thank Shihan Ray Cormier for hosting another great event. A big thank you to all who came and participated in some way or another. from refereeing to volunteering at the tables or the front door.
I want to congratulate my students who participated in the tournament representing our dojo, win or lose im very proud of all of you. I also want to thank Christine, Kayla, Jamie and Amanda for coaching students from our school and a few from other schools who had no coach.

What a great class tonight. We had very special guests at the Memramcook dojo. Shihan Carl , Shihan Jose , Shihan Ray and Sensei Ben. It was very humbling for me to have them
all there tonight. The students where amazing and made me look good.
