Classes are on tonight with senpei Lise at the memramcook dojo. its gonna be a hot one, bring water. Classes for tonight will be outside bring some good foot wear, and no Gi, just your belt. And for the Adult class will be practicing with Bo Staff.

A few belt and stripe tests before we stop for the summer. Congrats to Nicole on orange belt, Lucas on blue belt, Alex on your yellow stripe and Finally Daphne who did 15 ,2 minute fights getting everyone with powerfull punches and a lots of head kicks. She fought all higher belts and could have kept going. Congrats on your green belt.

Important Dojo Update!

We are officially down to our last two classes before the summer break, and it’s going to be a huge week! Tonight, both classes will be focusing heavily on kata. Then, join us this Thursday for our final night: it’s Award Night for the kids' class, followed by a mandatory meeting from 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moncton dojo for all Green, Brown, and Black Belts from both dojos. We are embarking on an exciting new journey, and Shihan Ray has tons of major updates to share regarding the Black Belt Grading, our 2027 Japan Trip, and some big George St-Pierre news! Let’s finish the season strong, Osu!
