We would like to thank all the teams, coaches, and parents who represented their communities with pride this weekend.

A special thank you to the family of the late Joe B. Marshall for their generous donation of the Player of the Game medals. Your contribution added a meaningful touch to the tournament and is greatly appreciated.

We are also deeply grateful to our volunteers, staff, sponsors, and officials. Your dedication and hard work made this event possible. The weekend was filled with fast-paced hockey and many exciting, competitive games.

Respect and sportsmanship are core values of our tournament. We have zero tolerance for the abuse of officials or fellow participants. Any suspensions issued will be carried forward to a future tournament or the following year.

Finally, thank you to all the fans who supported the event, whether in person or via the live stream.

We look forward to seeing you all at the 52nd!

We are starting championships soon so come down to the rink and grab a seat! We will also be airing last year’s Addison Bernard Memorial Overall Player of the tournament Jax Ginnish and the Halifax McDonalds in the Telus Cup final. It will be aired in the community room on the big screen!

Membertou Youth Chief & Council’s Chuck-A-Puck Fundraiser on Saturday, April 25th, 2026

Pucks will be sold from 12pm-4pm on Saturday
And puck toss will be at 4:30pm sharp! The person who gets their puck closest the centre wins half of the proceeds!!

The other half will be donated to the Membertou Youth Centre.

We are proud to host teams from across our Mi’kmaw Nation. It’s great to meet old friends and make new ones. While enjoying our rink please be respectful of our building. There is no food allowed in the dressing rooms. The tournament is drug and alcohol free.We ask parents and coaches to please remind your players and children to respect their surroundings. Thank you and enjoy the weekend!
