I have decided to take a step back from Personal Training & follow my heart into my two new biggest loves.
Being a Mom & using Essential Oils!
I do promise to still have fitness posts & workouts ;) that is still an important part of me!
This decision has come with a lot of thought & took a ton of soul searching to find out where my heart truly is at this point in my life!

I believe that we evolve everyday - the universe is always pushing us towards our greatest self. I’ve chosen to listen fully.

I hope you continue with me on my new endeavours!
I look forward to sharing more of my personal life & hopefully getting feed back from yours!!
