WE’RE MOVING! 🤍

We have some exciting news to share… CyclFit is moving! 🚲✨

We will be relocating to SpaFit by Linda, and while our location is changing, CyclFit isn’t going anywhere. The rides you know and love, the energy, the music, the community and everything that makes our name will all be coming with us.

Leaving our current space is definitely bittersweet. It has been home to so many sweaty rides, big laughs, challenges, friendships and memories. We’re incredibly grateful for the time we’ve had here and for every single person who has walked through our doors and hopped on a bike. ❤️

But sometimes, growth and continuing to do what we love means taking a leap. So if you’ve been thinking about trying a ride, coming back for another, bringing a friend, grabbing a pack or simply sharing our posts… this is your sign. 🫶🏼 We need our communities support as we go into this next chapter.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to move into a space like SpaFit by Linda. Allowing us to be part of a bigger fitness community and helping us create a more sustainable future of CyclFit. We are so excited for what this next step will allow us to create, grow and offer our spin community.

New space. Same rides. Same heart. Just a new home, starting in October 🤍

SEPTEMBER 🍃

Another new month is here!
There may be some pop up classes this month from Kass but she will mostly be in the field busy with harvest! 🌾 so for now we are keeping our 3 classes / week schedule!

**No class on Wednesday, September 16th - it will be moved to Monday, September 14th!**

Coming in September, join us for a 45-minute full-body workout and stretch designed with moms in mind. Using primarily bodyweight exercises, we’ll strengthen your glutes, core, upper body, and legs while taking time to move in a way that feels good for your body.

Whether you’re easing back into fitness or looking for a fun way to stay active, this class is all about supporting you in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Little ones newborn to 5 years are welcome! Babies can stay close, and we’ll have toys and colouring available for older kiddos so you can focus on yourself for a little while.

A new month is almost here and our schedule is going to look a little different for the summer.

When registering be sure to watch the time and coach as some weeks we may differ from the Tuesday-Thursday a little. Also stay tuned for some flash summer sales coming!

Ps. We have AC in the spin studio now, so no need to fear the crazy heat in there!
