SALTA Gymnastics Club

SALTA Gymnastics Club A not-for-profit organization promoting youth fitness and gymnastics in Medicine Hat, Alberta. We have been operating in Medicine Hat since 1988.

We offer training at both recreational and competitive levels. Our recreational classes are small (with 6-9 children in each class) and each child has the opportunity to learn and master skills at their own pace while earning badges from the Cangym Program. Our SAS Demo team trains 4-6 hours, preparing for a gymneastrada dance(Gymnastics for all), as well as individual competitions. Our competitive team trains 6-17 hours per week in preparation for local and provincial competitions.
