Hi Zumba family! I don’t normally like to spam, but this is a cause near and dear to my heart ❤️

It’s here!! Today is game day!! We are playing games from 8am Saturday until 8am Sunday to raise money for the AB Children’s Hospital. EVERY PENNY we raise goes directly to the AB Children’s Hospital. And you get a tax receipt! Bonus!
Please consider supporting this amazing hospital. So many of us have received amazing care from them.

Hey Besties... we gotta talk...

This last year and a half has been... I mean crazy doesn't cover it, but crazy to say the least. I've had a lot of high moments, and some lower ones. Especially with teaching Zumba. I LOVE teaching, and I LOVE the classes I've had and all the wonderful people who have supported me. Whether it's coming to classes or just following my page - I've felt nothing but love on this journey.
But with the way things are right now, I don't feel comfortable attending, let alone leading, group fitness classes. I know I could do virtual, but I just don't think it can sustain the costs that go along with maintaining my license. And the time I'd have to devote to it just isn't realistic for me - right now.

It's not goodbye forever - it's just "until next time" for now. I'm hoping in another year or so I'll be in a place where I can pick this up again.

Zumba is always on my mind and in my heart, and so are all of you. Thank You ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Hello Zumba Fam

It breaks my heart to do, but I have made the decision to cancel my Zumba classes until further notice. Even though the new provincial restrictions on Businesses & Services (including group fitness like ours) don't technically take effect until Friday, I feel it is in all our best interests to consider it effective immediately.

I will send out an email notification through SignUp Genius as well that will go to anyone who has signed up for my classes at any point.

Cross your fingers, think positive thoughts, stay safe, and hopefully these restrictions will do their job and we can come back as soon as possible.

Zumba day!
Let's do this!!

At the time of this post there is 1 spot left for this evening.

Class time: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Location: top floor of the 13th Avenue Co-op
Fee: currently remaining at $5.00/class (and working through any remaining punch cards)

***IMPORTANT NEWS/UPDATES***
~ Masks are not required, but everyone will be spaced out - please respect social distancing when entering/leaving class. We ask that you not arrive more than 5 minutes before class starts
~ Please sanitize your hands when you arrive. You will also be asked to sign the logbook when you arrive
~ I will have spaces marked out on the floor for your "bubble" of space during class. At the end of class, you will be asked to wipe down your area with a disinfectant wipe
~ At this time, we no longer have bottles of water available - so don't forget your water!

** ~ We are only allowed 9 participants per class. Please use the link below to sign up for your spot each week.
If you sign up and need to cancel, please try to do so as much in advance of class as you can so someone else can take your spot.
