Fit for Health 4 Week Challenge 🎄💪🏼🌱🍴

Join me for a 4 week fitness + nutritional challenge starting December 1st-31st

Each weekly workout(s) will be sent to you as well as the nutritional information for the week on Sunday night.

All you will need for the workouts is a set of dumbbells, a mat if you’re on a hard surface and 20-30min of your time! These workouts are done on your own time and whenever you’re able to do them. You will also be sent a Wellness Journal created by ME in order to track your progress for health.

✨Week 1- Setting yourself up for success!

✨Week 2- Introducing healthy habits + 2 workouts per week

✨Week 3- Building on those healthy habits + 3 workouts per week

✨Week 4- Staying consistent with your healthy habits + 3 workouts per week

You’ll also be able to reach out to me for 24/7 support on your journey.

Turkey Trot-you did me dirty! 👇🏻

by far the hardest 21.1km race course that I have ever experienced and yet I concurred it ….mentally -maybe not so much physically.

“The body achieves, what the mind believes”-accurate!

Happy to have tackled my training, achieved my race goal of sub 2hrs and came home with a shinny new pin for my second place success.

1:46.04 is a new PB for the mountainous, gravelly terrain that just kicked my ass. Thank you to all of the volunteers who made this race happen!
