The Municipality of Meaford has officially closed all municipal buildings open to the public. Therefore classes will be postponed until at least April 13.

Please stay safe and enjoy this time with your family and perhaps grab your hoops for some early spring outdoor hooping! 💕

Okay adult hoopers! Here are the sequences from last class:

1) Waist hooping - break - hinge - swing into smear
2) Weave - tap - warrior
3) Waist hooping - hinge - tap - sustained spin - waist hooping
4) Vertical hand spin - tap - halo
5) Thumb to 4-finger transitions (in both horizontal and vertical planes)

*We will review these on Monday too*
