Back to school, back to the grind… and apparently finally time for our September Member Spotlight 😅

This month we’re featuring one of our OG members, Curtis Gloade!

Curtis has trained consistently with us for the past two years and is such a great example of working smarter, not harder — listening to his body, training with intention, and staying consistent. And all that work paid off when he earned his blue belt at our two-year anniversary this summer! 💙🥋

As one of our eldest members, he’s also proof that it’s never too late to try something new… and get pretty damn good at it. 👏

And we can’t mention Curtis without Margie — his incredible wife, a regular in our fitness classes and an ultra marathon runner. These two are serious couple goals and bring so much positivity to our space.

We’re very lucky to have you both as part of the GBBJJ crew! 💛
