Help us maintain a hygienic and high quality training environment for all members. Our floor isn’t normal flooring and is a little harder to clean please be considerate of staff and other members

To keep our gym clean and safe for everyone,

*outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited.

Anyone caught wearing outdoor footwear will receive a warning

Repeated violations will result in the following 3 strike guidelines you signed when signing up.

1. First offence- warning leave for the day.
2. Second offence- one week ban
3. Third offence- 3 month ban
